When you think about it, the word ‘Feedback’ focuses solely on actions and tasks taken in the past. It focuses on events that have gone by, and cannot be changed. This is where Feed Forward comes in. As you might have figured from the name, feedforward, in a similar way to constructive feedback, looks at things in the future.
