Empowerment & Entitlement
Empowerment and entitlement are often seen as two different factors of success. The main difference between these factors is how they are achieved. Empowerment is success from gaining approval from others via changes made personally in order to gain political, social or economic power. Entitlement is the right to have that same power without it being gained through work or experiences.
