Tourette’s Syndrome
People associate Tourette’s with swearing because of its noticeability, however there are other symptoms that come with it that might carry slightly less of the shock aspect. Such as saying involuntary inappropriate things, blurting without intention, as there is no subconscious editor at work to prevent these outbursts.
